Who can register for the Media Hub?
The Media Hub is open to accredited media, official partners, participating teams, rightsholders, and the general public. Each group has its own access level and content permissions.

I was previously registered for the 37th America’s Cup. Do I need to sign up again?
Yes. As this is a newly implemented system, all users are required to create a new account and log in. Previous registrations will not carry over.

What type of content is available in the Media Hub?
The America’s Cup Media Hub provides accredited users with access to official photography, broadcast and video material, race data, historical archives, news, press releases, and other relevant America's Cup material.

Can I use the photos and videos for commercial purposes?
Usage rights vary depending on your access level. Please check the terms of use provided with each file before publishing or using it commercially.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions to create a new one.

My account has been blocked after several login attempts.
After three unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours for security reasons.

Can I share my account with others?
No, accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each team member or colleague requiring access to the America’s Cup Media Hub must register individually for approval. Shared or group accounts are not permitted.

Who can I contact if I have technical issues?
If you experience login problems, download errors, or other technical issues, please contact our support team via the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.

I don’t fit into any of the listed user groups. What should I do?
Please contact us at mediahub@americascup.com with your details so we can assign you to the appropriate access group. In the meantime, you’re welcome to register under “Fan Access” to access most materials. We’ll update your profile once your correct access level is confirmed.

How long does the registration approval process take?
Applications are reviewed as quickly as possible, usually within 2–3 business days. For large events or peak times, approval may take longer.

What will happen to my account after the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup?
Your account will remain active after the event. Fan and Media Access accounts will continue unchanged. If you hold an event-specific account linked to a contract or role (such as AC38 Rightsholder, Team, Partner, Volunteer, or Recon access), your permissions will be adjusted after the event and transitioned to the appropriate Fan or Media Access level.
